How do I find a form if I only know part of the form number?
- Open the Forms & Precedents search form.
- Select the appropriate source from the Sources drop-down list. It will default to All Subscribed Forms & Precedents Sources, but you may wish to use a smaller source, such as Encyclopaedia of Forms and Precedents.
- In Number, enter the full or partial number of the form. For example, if you are looking for the Companies House Form 288a giving notice of the appointment of a director or secretary, you could enter 288.
- Click on Search to retrieve your results.
