How do I highlight selected document text?

You can highlight selected text in an open document so it appears as if you have marked it with a translucent marker. If you access the open document from a results list, you must save the document in a folder in order to preserve the highlighting. If you access the open document from a folder, you can close the document, and the highlighting is preserved automatically.
