Item Description Actions Select this to display the following list of actions you can take related to the folder itself and its contents.
Rename folder Select to rename the folder. Download folder Select to save the folder and its contents to locations other than Lexis Advance Pacific folders,
including your computer's hard disk, network folders, or other locations accessible to your computer. Move folder Select to move the folder and its contents to another folder. Copy folder Select to copy the folder and its contents to another folder. Update all CaseBase Signals Select to update the CaseBase signals of the documents contained in the folder. Delete folder Select to delete the folder and its contents. Share folder Select to share the folder and its contents with another user. Link to this page Select to open a dialogue box that enables you to generate a permanent hyperlink to the current page you are viewing. For more information, see
Link to This Page dialogue box . Add Notes / View all notesIf the folder contains no notes, the Add Notes button appears immediately below the folder name. Select the button to
add a note of up to 1000 characters. If the folder contains one or more notes, a portion of the most recently entered note appears, followed by the
View all notes link. Select the link to view all folder notes in their entirety and/or to add, edit, or delete notes.
Search Within All Folders Use the Search Within All Folders box to narrow your list to items within the folder that contain specific terms in their
titles. To clear this search filter, select Clear Search at the top of the list.
Create New Folder [in folder] Select this to create a new folder in the identified location. For more information, see How do I create a new folder? Folders List (left pane) Lists all of the available folders and subfolders. The four standard folders are the following:
My Folders This folder contains the folders and subfolders you have created. When a folder or subfolder contains items, the number of items
it contains appears to the right of the folder name. Select the name of the folder to display the contents of the folder. When a folder
contains subfolders, a chevron ( ) appears to the left of the folder
name. Select the chevron to alternately display and hide the list of subfolders.
Access Later ($) When you save a document that is outside your subscription plan, Lexis Advance Pacific saves a copy of the document in this folder,
as well as in the folder you have designated.
Shared by Me When you share documents with another user, Lexis Advance Pacific saves the document in this folder.
Shared by Others When another user shares a document with you, Lexis Advance Pacific saves the document in this folder.
Recycle Bin When you initially delete a folder or folder item, Lexis Advance Pacific moves the folder or item to the Recycle Bin. It remains
in the Recycle Bin for up to 30 days. During that time, you can restore it to its original location or permanently delete it. After it remains
in the Recycle Bin for 30 days, Lexis Advance Pacific automatically deletes it permanently. For information on deleting folders and folder

Select this to select an item or items in order to take the actions identified by the toolbar icons and/or the options that appear on
the More actions list.
When the checkbox at the top of the list is clear, select it to select all items on the current page. When it is selected, select it to clear all
selected items on the page. When the checkbox next to a given item is clear, select it to select the item. When it is selected, select it to clear the selection of the item. Select the delivery options button to print ( ), email
( ), or download ( )
the selected items or to send them to Dropbox ( ).
The delivery options button contains both an icon and a drop-down arrow. The icon that appears may vary, depending on the type of delivery
you last performed. If the icon identifies the action you want to take, and you do not want to change the existing delivery settings, select the icon
to perform the desired action. If you do not want to perform a different type of delivery, and/or if you want to view or change the delivery settings,
select the drop-down arrow and choose the option you want from the menu that appears. Also select the drop-down arrow if you want to select the
printer-friendly option. For more information, see What is document delivery?
Important: The printer-friendly option shows only the currently displayed page of the list. If you want to print a list that is longer than one
page (when displayed on the computer), you will need to display each page you want to print and select the printer-friendly on each of those pages.Select this to move selected items to a different folder.
Select this to copy selected items to a different folder.
Select this to access selected items outside your subscription plan that you saved to the folder.

Select this to delete the selected items from the folder. Lexis Advance Pacific moves the selected items to the Recycle Bin (see above). , where they
remain for 30 days, until they are permanently deleted. If necessary, you can restore the items before they are permanently deleted. For information

Select this to share the selected items with another user. For more information, see
Share Folder Page .
Select this to view and/or update the sharing information associated with the selected items you have shared with another user or
to view the sharing information associated with the selected items another user has shared with you. For more information, see
Update Sharing Information dialogue box or View Sharing Information dialogue box .
Sort by: By default, the folders are listed by the date of last modification, from most to least recent. Select an option from this list to sort the folders in
a different order.
Identifies the number of the page that is currently displayed. Select a different page number to display that page or select the right or left arrow
to display the previous or next page.
