How do I create a new folder?

You can create a new folder by selecting the Create New Folder button in these locations:

Important: Before selecting the Create New Folder button, you often will see that the My Folders folder is selected as the location in which the new folder will be created. If you want to create the new folder within a different folder, select that folder before selecting the Create New Folder button.

To create a new folder from the locations listed above, take these steps.

  1. After locating the Create New Folder button, select the folder in which you want to create the new folder.
  2. Select the Create New Folder button. A text box appears below the folder you have selected.
  3. Enter the name of the new folder in the text box.
  4. Select the Create button to the right of the text box.
