Copy Selected Text to Clipboard dialogue box

After you select an amount of text in an open document, the selected text menu appears. Select either Copy (Quick) or Copy (Advanced). The Copy (Quick) option enables you to simply copy the selected text to your computer's clipboard. The Copy (Advanced) option displays the the Copy Selected Text to Clipboard dialogue box. This dialogue box displays the selected text below its Preview heading. Below that, it displays a document citation. Choose whether you want to format the citation as plain text or as a hyperlink and whether or not you want to include parallel citations. If desired, you can modify the amount of text you want to copy. For example, if you do not want to copy the document citation, you can simply re-select the text you originally selected from the document.

PreviewThe selected text and citation appears here as it will look when you copy it to the clipboard and paste it from the clipboard into another document. If desired, you can modify the amount of text you want to copy.
Copy & CloseSelect this to copy the highlighted preview to your computer's clipboard.
CloseSelect this to close the Copy Selected Text to Clipboard dialogue box.
