How do I review and re-submit delivery requests?

When you select documents for print, download, or email, you create a "print job." This "print job" is saved in your Delivery History. You can open a previous delivery request, edit it, and resend it from Delivery History.

Note: If your account is billed per transaction, you will be charged for each resend.
  1. Select the My Research tab.
  2. Click the Delivery History link.
  3. Find the print job you want to edit and resend in the list.
  4. Click the corresponding Delivery link to open the Edit Job window.
  5. Select a delivery type and format for the new delivery request.
  6. Click Deliver to resend the documents.
