How do I find my support ID?

You will receive more personalized assistance if you provide Customer Support with your support ID (which is the same as your user ID).

To find your support ID, click the My ID link at the bottom of any page.

Note: The My ID link is not available if you are accessing Prospect Portfolio through Salesforce.com.
