How do I download data from a table into a spreadsheet?
Several Prospect Portfolio reports contain data in tables (e.g., financial information, executive lists, brands, etc.). You can download this data in .xls (Microsoft® Excel) format to conduct further analysis.
- Perform a search that leads to a Prospect Portfolio Snapshot report or another report that contains data in tables. (Most often, these reports are accessed from the Find a Company or Compare Companies forms.)
- From within the report, click the Download Table link next to the information that you want to download. This link may be located next to a table or at the top of a report.
- When prompted, choose whether to save the file or open it with your spreadsheet program.
