How do I download names and contact information to my Salesforce.com Leads?

If you are a Salesforce.com user, you can download a list of people or companies from Prospect Portfolio to your Salesforce.com Leads tab.

Note: When you download a list of people, all names on the list are copied to Leads. When you download a list of companies, only the first executive from each company is copied to Leads.
  1. Create a list of people or a list of companies. For detailed help with this step, see How do I create a list of people? or How do I create a list of companies?
  2. On the results page, click Download Company List.
  3. Select the Salesforce.com Leads option and click OK.

The people in your list are saved to your Leads tab.
