Your Sign-in Profile
Use the Sign-in Profile page to update your ID, password and security information. Click on the User ID drop-down menu located on the right-hand side of the Global Navigation bar and select Sign-in Profile from the menu to access this page.
Note: You can also access this page from the first login screen for the product. Click the Help drop-down menu, then select the Update my sign-in profile option.
To start your research, enter your ID and password and click Sign In. The sign-in form contains the following options:

If you've forgotten your ID or password, click this link to request your ID or start the process for creating a new password. Your ID:

Select this to skip the sign-in page each time you use this product.

Options in the Help menu include:

The last time you signed in, you used the sign-in credentials of the organization shown on this page. You can sign in again with those credentials or use another ID and password. If you don't want the system to save your organization credentials, select the Clear credentials link.
The following options are available on the Sign-in page:

Select this link to see the history of all of the times someone has signed into this account. You can view the Sign-in Date and IP address . |
ID | This is your current ID. |
Change ID | Select this to change your ID. |
Change password | Select this to change your password. |
First Name | Enter your first name in the box. |
Last Name |
Enter your last name in the box. |
Security question | If you forget your password and need to create a new one, you are asked for a security question. Select a question from the drop-down list. |
Answer | Enter your answer to the selected security question. When you are asked for the answer you need to enter it exactly as you type it here (using the same case and punctuation), so be sure that you can remember how you enter it. |
Email address |
Enter your email address here. Note: We need your email address so we can contact you to confirm any password updates or communicate with you if you forget your password. We won't use your email address for any other purpose. |

Re-enter your email address. |
Mobile number |
Enter a mobile number if you want to be contacted for security reasons. This is optional. Note: Any phone numbers you provide will only be used in connection with account security. If you do not provide a telephone number, security notices will be sent to your email address. |
Language Preference |
Select your preferred language from the drop-down menu. |
Display Preference |
Select your preferred displayed language preference from the drop-down menu. |
TimeZone |
Select your time zone from the drop-down menu. |
Preference Manager |
Select this link to go to our website Preference Manager to select which emails you want to subscribe to, if any. |
Save / Close Buttons |
Select the Save button to save any changes you have made. Select the Close button to exit without saving. |
