Document and Transcript Annotations

You can now highlight portions of a document or transcript and hover over the highlighted text to create an annotations.

Creating annotated text opens the Annotations dialog box.

Select [ ] to identify all the annotations in the document. Double-click a highlighted section of text to open the Annotations dialog box.

Hover over the three dots on an annotations card to edit or delete the annotation. You can also create a Fact from this drop-down.

Custom Fields Enhancements

Custom fields have been enhanced and moved to Case Elements.

You can now switch between different elements from one menu.

This allows you to create a custom field in the current element and other elements.

Client ID

You can now create a Client ID when you create or edit a case. Select Recent Client ID to use an existing ID, or New Client ID to create an ID:

Use the Client ID to filter or sort to narrow your results when you sort by case.
