How do I sign in when my User ID or Password does not work?

Your attempt to sign in failed either because you entered an invalid User ID, an invalid Password, or both. To resolve this, follow these simple procedures.

To do this ...Perform these steps ...
Obtain User ID

To receive a reminder of your User ID:

  1. Click the Forgotten your ID? link from the sign-in page. The Forgot ID? screen displays.
  2. Enter your Email address and click Submit.
Note: After you receive email confirmation of your User ID, you can then proceed with resetting your password if necessary. If you do not receive an email confirmation, contact technical support.
Change password

To change your password:

  1. Click the Forgotten your password? link on the sign-in page. The Forgot Password screen displays.
  2. Enter your User ID and click Submit.
  3. Complete the Security Information screen and click Submit.
  4. Complete the New Password screen and click Submit. The Password Successfully Changed screen displays.
  5. Click OK.
