How do I email my documents?

To email documents from a document page:

  1. Click on the Email icon.
  2. Select whether to send your documents as attachments or inline as HTML.
  3. If you choose to send them as attachments, select a format.
  4. Enter the email address.
  5. Select whether to add a cover sheet and note, then add any comments you want.
  6. Select whether to clear all the documents in the folder after downloading them.
  7. Click on Send.
