How do I create and modify bookmarks?
To bookmark a document
You can bookmark content to add to the Bookmarks tab in the My Documents pod, which is located both on the Documents page and the main Tolley®Guidance page.
- On the top, right-hand side of the document, click on the bookmark icon.
- Enter a name for the bookmark in the Name field, or keep the document name as is.
- Click on the Save button to save the document to the list of bookmarks.
- Click on the All Bookmarks link to display all of the content currently bookmarked for future use. You can remove and edit bookmarks from this dialog box.
To edit a bookmark
- Choose one of the following:
- Select the checkbox next to a bookmark you want to edit.
- Click on the Edit button.
- Enter a new name for the bookmark.
- Click on the Save link to save your changes.
- Click on the Close link when you are done editing bookmarks to close the dialog box.
To delete a bookmark
- Choose one of the following:
- Select the checkbox next to a bookmark or bookmarks you want to delete.
- Click on the Remove button to delete the bookmark(s).
- Click on the Close link to close the dialog box.
