Using the HLEAD command, you may restrict your search to find words that only appear within the document headline or lead paragraph.

For example, the following search finds documents that contains the words "pension" in their headline or lead paragraph:

HLEAD(pension)

This search finds documents containing either "pension" or "pension fund" in their headline or lead paragraph:

HLEAD(pension OR pension fund)
