How do I find a journal article when the citation contains brackets?

  1. Open the Journals search form.
  2. Select the appropriate source from the Sources drop-down list. It will default to All Subscribed Journals Sources, but you may wish to use a smaller source, such as Family Law Journal.
  3. Enter your article citation into Article citation. Ignore brackets, other punctuation or use lower case. For example, to search for the Law Society Gazette Article (2004) LS Gaz, 11 Nov, 16(3), you must enter 2004 ls gaz 11 nov 16 3.
Note: You must enter the appropriate spaces.
  4. Click on Search to retrieve your results.
