How do I find a form if I know the issuing body?

  1. Open the Forms & Precedents search form.
  2. Select the appropriate source from the Sources drop-down list. It will default to All Subscribed Forms & Precedents Sources, but you may wish to use a smaller source, such as Encyclopaedia of Forms and Precedents.
  3. In Issuing body, enter the full or partial name of the body that has issued the form. For example, if you are looking for a form issued by the Land Registry, you can enter land registry to retrieve suitable results. If you know the partial name, you can enter key words from the name of the issuing body, using connectors to link them. For example, if you are looking for a form issued by the Department for Environment, Food and Rural affairs, you could enter environment and food and rural to retrieve suitable results.
  4. Click on Search to retrieve your results.
