How do I find a case when I know one or both of the parties?
- Depending on the kind of case you are searching for, open the Cases, Case Citator, International Citators, or International Cases search form.
- Select the appropriate source from the Sources drop-down list.
- In Case name, enter one or both party names. If you are using both party names, ensure that the and connector is inserted between them, for example, M.Devendran and The Director, Tamil Nadu Fire and Rescue Services, Egmore, Tamil Nadu. Do not enter "v"; for example, M.Devendran v The Director, Tamil Nadu Fire and Rescue Services, Egmore, Tamil Nadu.
- Click on Search to retrieve your results.
