How do I change the search criteria for an alert?

Select My Alerts from the user drop-down menu in the global navigation header.
Click on Search Alerts.
Click on the Edit link next to the search that you would like to modify.
Make your changes.
Click on Test Search to test the changes before saving them. A Test Results page is displayed, which gives you the option to Save your search or further refine the search by clicking on Edit Search.
