A valid GLBA permissible use is required to return Relationship Identifier results. If you choose I Do Not Have a Permissible Use for your GLBA permissible use, the Relationship Identifier search will not execute.

The required input options to initiate a Relationship Identifier search, are:

  1. LexID
  2. SSN or TIN
  3. Individual – Name (First / Last) & Address or Company – Name & Address

Relationship Identifier performs best when all of these data elements are submitted (if LexID is not available):

  • SSN
  • Name (First and Last)
  • Street Address
  • City, State and Zip Code
  • Phone
  • (DOB) Date of Birth
As of Date

You can enter a date to run your report at that point in time. For example, if an “As of Date” of 5/1/2005 is entered, the relationship information will be provided as on 5/1/2005. If the field is left blank, the current date will be used for the search and report.

Example: 05/01/2005
Include Neighbors

Selecting "Yes" will indicate if the submitted entities are possible neighbors in addition to other potential relationships.

Selecting "No" will not indicate if the submitted entities are possible neighbors and will only focus on other potential relationships.
