Property Risk Assessment Search Form

Use the Real Property Valuation and Risk Assessment form to find the disposition value for the subject property (vs. market value). Disposition value is generally thought of as a "quick sale" or sale of a distressed property, such as a foreclosed property.

To search, select or verify your permissible use from the Drivers' Privacy Protection Act (DPPA) or the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) drop-down lists, then fill in the form and click Search. You must fill in at least one field; you don't need to enter data for every field.

Value	Description
Permissible Uses	Select a permissible use from the drop-down list.
Parcel Number	Enter the parcel number from the property description.
Last Name	Enter the person's last name.
First Name	Enter the first name or initial of the person you are searching for.
Street Address	Enter a complete or partial street address. Example: 10 Brown Street fifth st
City	Enter the city.
State	Select the state the person resides in or select All Available States.
Zip Code	You can enter a zip code to limit your search to a specific geographical area. We recommend you limit your entry to the 5-digit form most commonly used.
County	Enter the name of the county the person resides in.
Search	Click the Search button to begin your search.
Clear Form	Click the Clear Form link to clear all the data you have entered in the fields.
