How Do I Perform an Automated Valuation Models Report Search?

The search is designed to provide a profile on a given property (address). Users can enter an address in their search and return the following elements: Street, City, State, Zip, and Parcel Number and a valuation model.

  1. Select Automated Valuations Models under Find Assets.
    Tip: An Automated Valuation Models Report Search cannot be combined with other sources and cannot be combined with the sources you already have checked.
  2. Enter the desired Street Adress.
  3. Enter the desired City.
  4. Select the desired state on the State drop-down list.
  5. Enter the desired Zip Code or Parcel Number.
  6. Click Search.
