Using Quotation Marks to Find Exact Matches

You can enclose any text in quotation marks to find documents containing that exact text. Quotation marks can also be used to ensure you find documents containing the singular and the plural of a search term. Here are some examples.

This Search	Finds This
"scrivener’s error"	Documents containing the exact text `scrivener's error`
dispute and "homeowner association" or "homeowner's association"	Documents containing the term `dispute` and either the text `homeowner association` or `homeowner's association`
dismissal w/15 "employee" or "employees"	Documents containing the term `dismissal` within 15 words of either the text `employee` or `employees`
