How do I save a topic as a favorite?
If there's a topic you often search in, you can save it as a favorite for future searches.
To search for a topic:
- On the Lexis® home page, select the Browse drop-down menu at the top of the page.
- Select Topics.
- Enter search terms in the text box under Search within topic.
- Select Search.
- Select the topic you want to use.
- Select Actions.
- From the menu that appears, select Add topic as a search filter
- On the home page, select the Favorites pod.
- Select the name of the topic you just selected.
To browse for a topic:
- On the home page, select the Browse drop-down menu at the top of the page.
- Select Topics.
- Select a practice area, such as Administrative Law, Family Law, etc. from the list.
- Continue to expand the selections until you see the topic you want.
- Select the topic you want to use. The Add Topic as a Filter box appears.
- Select Continue.
- Select the Favorites pod.
- Select the name of the topic you just selected.
