How do I save a source as a favorite?
If there's a source you often search in, you can save it as a favorite for future searches, in one of two ways.
To save a source as a favorite from the source list:
- On the Lexis® home page, select the Browse drop-down menu at the top of the page.
- Select Sources.
- Do one of the following:
- When you see the source you want to use, select it.
- From the menu that appears, select Add source as a search filter.
- On the search form, select Filters.
- Select Recent & Favorites from the pane on the left.
- Click the star (
) next to the source you want to save as a favorite. The star turns yellow (
) to indicate that the source has been saved as a favorite. - To remove the source from your favorites, select the
next to it.
To save a source as a favorite from the search box:
- On the home page, type the name of a source into the Search box.
As you type, possible source names are displayed beneath the search box, next to Add Source as a Filter.
- Select the source you want to use.
- On the search form, select Filters.
- Select Recent & Favorites from the pane on the left.
- Click the star (
) next to the source you want to save as a favorite. The star turns yellow (
) to indicate that the source has been saved as a favorite. - To remove the source from your favorites, select the
next to it.
