What is the Advanced Search Form?
The Advanced Search form allows you to narrow your research by a specific content type or to note up with QuickCITE®. When you first open the advanced search form, a generic Search Everything box is displayed. If you know the general segment that you are searching for, such as a specific judge on a case, you can enter it in the Find by Citation field. For more information on segment searching, see How do I search specific segments?
Use the Select a different content type drop-down to refine your search even further. You can choose one of the following content types:
- Cases
- Legislation
- Drafting Materials
- Dictionaries
- News
You can search secondary resources:
- Legal Encyclopedias
- Textbooks
- Law Reviews and Journals
You can also search Quantums:
