How do I select a topic to use with Lexis Medical Navigator™?

In order to answer the questions posed by the Lexis Medical Navigator™, you must first choose a topic. You can search for a topic on the home page using the Find a Commonly Litigated Medical Topic box, or you can select a topic from the Most Commonly Litigated Medical Topics list.

To use the Find a Commonly Litigated Medical Topic box - Enter a keyword in the box, and select the Find button. Choose your topic of interest from the list of results.

To use the Most Commonly Litigated Medical Topics list - Select an arrow to expand a topic you want to see, then select a subtopic.

Note: If you don't see the topic you want in the list, select View All Medical Topics to look for additional topics that are only available in the Medical Research tool. This tool is an authoritative medical encyclopedia built by Elsevier Science. This database was written by doctors and nurses for use in hospitals to provide quick, easy-to-understand background on over 800 medical topics.
