How do I open a locked form?

When a user edits a form, that form becomes locked so that no other user will be able to open it. If you need to work with a locked form, you must save a copy. To open a locked form:

  1. Open the form you want to edit. A message appears, indicating that the form is in use by another user.

  2. Download the edited form or save it to a folder under My Folders.
