Link to This Page dialogue box
The Link to This Page dialogue box enables you to generate a permanent hyperlink to the Lexis Advance Quicklaw page you are viewing. You can copy the hyperlink and paste it into a word processor document, email message, or other similar item. Later, you can open the word processor document, email message, or other item and select the hyperlink to display the Lexis Advance Quicklaw page. When generating permanent hyperlinks, keep the following points in mind:
- If you do not use the link within a period of two years, it will no longer work.
- If you share link with others (by sending the item in which you have pasted the link to another person), the standard subscription rules and rates will apply to those recipients.
- If you generate a link to a Topic Summary list, the link will retrieve only the documents available at the time it is used. That is, documents added to or deleted from the topic or deleted from it after the link is generated will not appear in Topic Summary list. To view documents that have been added to the topic, you will need to select the topic again. You will not be able to view documents that have been deleted from the topic at any time after they are deleted.
To copy the link to your computer's clipboard, highlight the link, and use your browser commands (for example, select Edit and Copy from the browser menu). Then, open a word processor document (or similar item) and use its commands to paste the link into the document (for example, select Edit and Paste from the word processor or text editor's menu).
Refer to the table below for information about the items in the Link to This Page dialogue box.
