Topic Summaries List

When you select View reports from About This Document, or select the icon in the LexisNexis^® Headnotes of a case, the list of topic summary reports for that legal topic is displayed.

From this page, you can select a single report, or select a delivery option described below.

Item	Description
	To select one or more documents to save to your computer, select the checkboxes next to the documents in the list, and then select the Download icon at the top of the column. (Delivery options are consolidated under the icon for the last delivery option you used.)
	To select one or more documents to email, select the checkboxes next to the documents in the list, and then select the Email icon at the top of the column.
	To select one or more documents to open as a PDF document you can save or print to an attached printer, select the checkboxes next to the documents in the list, and then select the Print icon at the top of the column.
Printable page	Click to view the list in a printer-friendly format.

A topic summary contains these items:

Item	Description
Topic index	Select this to see the topic's placement in the legal topic hierarchy.
View all documents for this topic	Select this to see a results list of all the documents that address this topic.
Summary	A definition and summary of the legal topic of the report.
Seminal Cases	A list of seminal cases for the legal topic, with the Shepard's Signal™ indicator for each for each, and a link to the full text of the case.
Topic Summary Hierarchy	The topic's placement in the legal topic hierarchy.
