How do I reset an Interactive Citation Workstation exercise for a student?

Follow these steps to reset an exercise so a student can start over.

  1. From the First, select a student drop-down list in the Status Reports pod on your Interactive Citation Workstation Home page, select the name of the student whose exercise you want to reset.
  2. From the Then, select a citation manual drop-down list, choose the manual containing the exercises you want to reset. The Get Status Report for Student button becomes active.
  3. Select the Get Status Report for Student button. The Student Status page appears.
  4. Has the student completed the exercise?
    If...Then...
    Yes
    1. From the Actions column on the right side of the page, select the Actions button. A drop-down list of the actions you can take for this exercise appears.
    2. Select Reset exercise.
    NoFrom the Actions column on the right side of the page, select Reset exercise.
