How do I change, hide, or delete document text highlighting?
In a folder list, a highlight icon () appears below the name of any document in which you have highlighted selected text. Within the document, the same icon appears in the right margin where any highlighting begins. You can change the amount of text you have highlighted in the document or the colour of the highlighting. If desired, you can hide any highlighting (the highlighting is removed from the text, but the highlight icon remains in the right margin) or reveal it after it is hidden. You can also delete highlighting.
