Value	Description
Email address	Use this text box to enter a new email address.
Add	Select this button to add an email address.
	Select this icon to delete an email address.
Email subject	Optional. Enter the subject for the email.
Email comment	Optional. Enter any comments you wish to include in the email.
Send	Select this button to send.
Cancel	Select this button to cancel.
