How do I set my custom view from a search results page?

  1. Choose Custom... from the View drop-down list on your search results page. The Custom View Options form is displayed.
  2. Use the checkboxes to select the document sections that you would like to include in your Custom View.
  3. Click on OK - Use Selected Sections to confirm your choices. The system displays a document with both the mandatory sections and the custom sections that you have selected.

To return to this form and change your Custom View, click on the Modify link that appears next to the View drop-down list.

Note: The Custom View that you create is retained if you perform a "Search within results" or a "More Like This..." search, or if you deliver documents from the current results set. However, the Custom View will be reset after your next search.
