Using Wildcards and Truncation
If your search did not find any users, consider using the wildcard (*) or truncation (!) characters to broaden your search. You may use these characters in Last Name, First Name, or User ID.
Which one should I use?
The major difference between wildcards (*) and truncation (!) is that the * character only finds variations that match the exact number of * characters that you use, while the ! character finds variations with any number of letters. The ! character will usually return the most results.
