Complete this page with the appropriate options.

Email OptionsSpecify the email options to identify which documents you wish to include, and the view in which you want to email them.
What do you want to Email?
Select the option that specifies the documents you want to email.
To:
Type the recipient's email address in the box provided. For example, john.smith@lexisnexis.com. You may enter up to three addresses, separated by semicolons.
Previously used email:
If desired, instead of entering a new email address, select a previously used address from the drop-down list.
Send as
From this drop-down list, select whether you wish to send the documents within the email, or to include them as an attachment.
Document view
From this drop-down list, select the desired view for the documents:
  • Full Text -- View the full text of each document.
  • Full Text with Indexing -- View the full text of each document with Index Terms displayed.
  • Hits in Context -- Choose this option to view each document individually with your search terms highlighted and surrounded by a window of 25 words. This option is not available for all sources.
Remove documents after delivery
Select this option if you wish to remove the documents after you've emailed them.
Page OptionsSpecify the page options you wish to use for your documents:
Cover Page
Select this option to include a cover page with your document set. The cover page includes information such as the time of request, search terms and source.
Note: You must select the Cover Page option to include Project ID information with your delivered documents.
List of included documents
Select this option to include a list of the documents contained in your document set.
End Page
Select this option to include an end page with your document set. The end page includes information such as the time of request.
Each Document on a New Page
Select this option to begin each new document in your results on a new page. Otherwise, each new document begins on the same page that the previous document ends.
Format OptionsSpecify the formatting options you wish to use for your documents:
Document format
Select the desired output format from the drop-down list.
Font Options
Select the desired font from the drop-down list.
Note:Times New Roman is best for news articles and any long documents that might be printed. Courier is best for tables, company financial reports, and other types of content that won't display well with varying font widths.
Search Terms in Bold Type
Select this option if you wish to display search terms in bold.
Search Terms Underlined
Select this option if you wish to underline search terms.
Deliver in Two Columns
Select this option to email documents in a two-column format.
SendClick on this button to begin emailing your documents.
CancelClick on this button to cancel the email.
