Save as Alert

Use the Save as Alert form to save a search to run automatically at intervals you specify. The results can be stored for you to view online, printed on a dedicated LexisNexis printer, or emailed to you. To save an Alert, complete the fields on the Save Alert form (described below), then click on Save.

Select Section of Report

You can choose to be notified if any part of the Public Records report changes (in addition to the normal notification frequency that you choose). To be notified if a section changes, select the box for that section, or select "All sections of the report".

Enter Name for Alert

Enter a name that you will use later to retrieve the Alert.

Set Frequency

The selections you make under Set Frequency determine how often your Alert will run.

Daily
Runs each day of the week. Select the number of times and the times of day you want to run the Alert from the drop-down lists.
Business Days (M-F)
Runs each day from Monday through Friday. Select the number of times and the times of day you want to run the Alert from the drop-down lists.
Weekly
Runs once a week, on the day you specify. Select the day of the week and the time of day you want to run the Alert from the drop-down lists.
Monthly
Runs once a month, on the day you specify. Select the day of the month and the time of day you want to run the Alert from the drop-down lists. If you select a number above "29", the Alert will run on the last day of the month in months that have fewer than 31 days.
Alert me even if there are no new results
Select this box if you want to be notified each time your Alert runs, even if there are no results.
Specify DeliveryYou can choose to view your Alert results online or have them emailed to you.
View alert online after logging in
Select this to view your Alert results online only.
Email to
Type the recipient's email address in the box provided (e.g., jane.doe@lexisnexis.com). You can enter up to three email addresses. Separate multiple email addresses with commas or spaces.
E-mail to a previously used address
Instead of entering a new e-mail address, you may select from a list of recently used addresses.
Add a Note
Type a comment to send with the results, if you wish.
Send as
Select whether you want your results emailed in the body of your email ("Inline Text") or as an attachment.
Email format
Select whether you want your results emailed as plain text or as HTML.
Font
Select the font you want to use for your results.
Save as AlertClick on this button to save your Alert.
CancelClick on this button to cancel saving the Alert and return to your search results.
