- Timekeeper ID
- Select from this filter to narrow your search to users with or without a Timekeeper ID.
- Identity Providers
- Select from this filter to narrow your search by using specific identity providers.
- Admin Products
- Select from this filter to narrow your search to users with access to specific admin products.
- Groups
- Select from this filter to narrow your search to users who are a part of a specific group or groups.

- Select this action to add the user whose name is displayed as an invoice contact.
- Password Reset
- Select this action to reset the password for the user whose name is displayed.

- The User's middle name.
- Last Name
- The user's last name.
- ID
- The user's ID.
- Email Address
- The user's email address.
- Create Date
- The date this user was established.
- Offices
- The office where the user works.
- Account Name
- The name of the account the user is associated with.
- Account Number
- The number for the account the user is associated with.
- Location
- The user's location.
- Time Zone
- The time zone associated with this location.
- Display Preference
- The user's preferred interface display.
- Language Preference
- The user's preferred language for business communication.
- Timekeeper ID
- The user's Timekeeper ID.
- Identify Providers
- The user's identity providers. Select from the drop-down list.
- Assertion ID
- The user's Assertion ID.
- Admin Groups
- The admin groups with which this user is associated.

| Product Access | Click this drop-down list to view the products that are accessible to the selected user.
Types of products are:
- Platform -- These include LexisNexis® flagship research products.
- Content -- These include LexisNexis® content subscriptions.
- Additional Products -- These include purchased products that complement LexisNexis® flagship research products.
