How do I use Live Chat Support?

Perform these steps:

  1. Select Live Chat Support from the Support drop-down menu.
    Note: Live chat hours are provided at the bottom of the Live Chat Support form.
  2. Complete the LexisNexis Live Chat Support form with your first and last names, email address, and the question you wish to ask.
  3. Select Submit.
  4. Follow the instructions on the remaining screens.
