Getting Started on the LexisNexis® Account Center Home Page
The LexisNexis® Account Center home page gives you access to all your account tasks, plus at-a-glance information about important areas of your account. You can also select the LexisNexis® Account Center link at any time to reload the application.
Navigation Bar
At the top of the page, the navigation bar provides access to support options, notifications, LexisNexis® products and sign-in profile options.
Functions
On the left side of the page, you may choose from these functions:
- Invoice & Payment
- Pay an invoice, review open invoices, or set up payment preferences such as a credit card.
- Users
- Search for a user, add a user, view or edit a user's information, etc.
- Organization
- Review or edit your organization's address and other information, review your subscriptions, add a location, etc.
PODS
To access other types of information, you can choose from the following pods:
- Open Items
- Provides access to pay an invoice, review open invoices, or set up payment preferences such as a credit card or bank account.
- Usage
- Provides a link to LexisNexis® PowerInvoice™, which reveals detailed usage data.
- Quick Links
- Provides quick access to frequently used tasks.
- Notifications
- Provides notifications regarding changes to payment information such as credit card updates and deletions, and bank account updates and deletions.
- Support
- Provides options to contact Customer Support, obtain online help and tutorials, and provide feedback.
