How do I change a user's public records access?

To add, remove, or change public records a user has access to, follow the steps below.

  1. Select Users from the left side of the page.
  2. Select Users.
  3. Locate and select the user for whom you want to change the product access.
  4. Select the Public Records Access tab.
  5. Select Edit.
  6. Make the necessary changes.
  7. Select Save.
