Enter security information form

If you have forgotten your password, you will be prompted to enter the answer to your password recovery question. The following options appear on the Forgot Password? form.

Value	Description
Password recovery question	This is the password recovery question you selected when you originally set up your security information.
Answer	Enter your password recovery answer exactly the way you entered it when you created your security information.
Submit	Click to submit your password recovery answer.
Cancel	Click to return to the sign-in page.
